1). General Policy

All sales are final for legal consultancy services and memberships. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require consideration for refunds. Please review the conditions below to determine if a refund is applicable.

2). Memberships

• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months or "Lifetime" memberships.

• Refund Eligibility: If you cancel your membership within the first 7 days of your initial payment and have not utilized any services, you may be eligible for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

3). Legal Consultancy Services

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our legal consultancy services, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service. We will review your concerns and, if valid, may offer a partial refund or credit towards future services.

• No Refunds for Completed Services: Once legal consultancy services are rendered, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified in this policy.

4). How to Request a Refund

• Membership or service details

• Reason for the refund request

• Any relevant documentation

We will respond to your request within 15-30 business days.

5). Discretionary Refunds

We reserve the right to issue discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis, depending on individual circumstances and at our sole discretion.
